Land
A guaranteed commission on every decimal of land sold.

Active Marketing Officer Recruitment
Earned by Marketing Directors for every active officer they recruit.
Umrah Passenger
Extra income on every Umrah passenger booking.
Hajj Passenger

Additional rules
One office day a week for Directors
Only Marketing Directors are required to be in the office at least one day a week (10:00 AM – 5:00 PM). Office travel costs, mobile recharge, and lunch are all covered by Promise — Alhamdulillah.
5 officers = ৳1,00,000 + Director post
When a Marketing Officer recruits 5 active Marketing Officers, they earn a ৳1,00,000 commission and are promoted directly to the post of Marketing Director.
Active Officer status at a minimum of 5 points
Earn a minimum of 5 points in sales to be recognized as an Active Marketing Officer.
Client deposit = at least 10x the commission
Please note carefully — to qualify for a commission, that commission must be equal to or less than 10% of the amount the client has deposited into the relevant project.
Earn points — claim rewards.
Earn points from 1 January 2026 – 31 December 2026. Reach a set threshold and the company covers a free reward.
Free Foreign Tour
Earn 20 points for an international tour at the company's expense.
Free Umrah
Earn 25 points for a free journey to the House of Allah.
